ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the process of deleting the land of the petitioner for an extent of Ac.3-66 cents in Sy.No.713 situated at Mamillapalle Village, C.K. Dinne Mandal, YSR District, Erstwhile YSR Kadapa District from the prohibited properties list under Section 22A(1) of the Registration Act, 1908 vide Annexure-V of C.K.Dinne Mandal of Kadapa, Y.S.R. District dated.Nil in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.575, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department dated 16.11.2018, despite the applications made by petitioner dated

08.06.2020 and 08.07.2020, as illegal and arbitrary.
