ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed questioning the community, nativity and date of birth certificate dated 13.03.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent showing that the petitioner belongs to Reddy (O.C.) community though the petitioner belongs to Konda Reddy (S.T.)

community as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the procedure contemplated under rule 5 of the Rules are not followed. Rule 5(e)

reads as follows:-

(e) The Competent Authority should give reasonable opportunity to the applicant/parent/guardian to produce evidence in support of their claim. A public notice by the beat of drum or any other convenient mode may be published in the village or locality to which the applicant/parent/guardian belongs. If any person or association opposes such a claim, opportunity to produce the evidence in person before the Competent Authority may be given to him or her. After giving such an opportunity to that person or association the Competent Authority may make such enquiry as it deems expedient and consider claims of the applicant/guar
