COMMON ORDER:

Since all the criminal petitions arise of one and the same crime i.e. Crime No.606 of 2020 on the file of Piduguralla Police Station and all the petitioners are accused in the said crime, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these criminal petitions by a common order.

2. These petitions are filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C”) seeking regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Crime No.606 of 2020 on the file of Piduguralla Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 121, 121-A, 124-A, 143, 144 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short “IPC”) and Sections 16, 17, 18, 18-A, 18-B, 20, 21, 38, 39 and 40 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1957 (for short “UAPA Act”).

3. Criminal Petition No.1043 of 2021 is filed on behalf of petitioner/A-7.

4. Criminal Petition No.1173 of 2021 is filed on behalf of petitioner/A-15.

5. Criminal Petition No.1451 of 2021 is filed on behalf of petitioners/A-4 and A-11.

6. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent-police on credible information visited Julakallu village and apprehended A-1 who is a member of Peoples War Group (Maoists) indulging
