ORDER:

The present Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:-

‘to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, particularly 4th respondent in contemplating to delete the petitioners’ name form Record of Rights connected to their landed properties of Ac.0.61 cents and Ac.0.50 cents covered by Sy.No.137-2 of Prodduvaka Revenue Village in Mudinepalli Mandal of Krishna District, without considering the petitioners representation dated 05.04.2021 for recording name of 5th respondent, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on him under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 1971 and rules framed here under; violation of principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of petitioners and not to mutate the name of the 5th respondent or any third party connected to petitioners said land’.
