ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief/s:

“..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in approving the scheme of 132/33 KV from existing 220/132 KV Rajampet SS to the proposed 132/33 KV Chinnavarampadu to lay HT Lines in the petitioners agricultural lands in survey numbers 1/1, 1/3C, 1/1 Paiki, 1/3C, 1/1 Paiki, 1/3G, 1/1 paiki, 1/3C, 1/3 paiki, 1/3 paiki and survey Nos. 388/3, 368/3, 368/4, 368/5, 326/6, 326/7, 326/5 and 1-3C respectively situated at Anantharajapuram, Kuchivaripalli Panchayat, Rajampet Revenue Mandal, Kadapa District with the intention of allowing the HT Towers and Wires to pass through the petitioners agricultural lands without prior notice to the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Electricity Act, contrary to Right to Fair Compensation Act, violation of Article 300-A of Constitution, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to lay any high tension towers to lay HT Wires p
