THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH – Respondent


ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

“…..to issue an order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in taking steps to evict the petitioners from the land by respondents in Sy.Nos.233-1 to 233-5 admeasuring an extent of Ac.16.87 cents of land, situated in Manubolu Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without issuing notice, as illegal, arbitrary and in utter violation of the principles of natural justice and in violation of the provisions of Act 30 of 2103 The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act apart from violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and against the settled principles of law and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land, without following due process of law.”

2. It is the case of the petitioners in brief is that, the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of various extents of agricultural land in Sy.Nos.233-1 to 233-5 admeasuring an extent of Ac.16.87 cents of land situated in Manubolu Vi
