ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The petitioner-Inturu Yerukala Fishermen Co-operative Society is registered under the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act. The area of operation of the society falls within the jurisdiction of fourth respondent-Inturu Gram Panchayat. All the members of the petitioner-society are belonging to Yerukula (Scheduled Tribe) Community and they are eking out their livelihood by catching fish and selling them in nearby villages. The case of the petitioner is that there are ‘8’ tanks (water bodies) situated in the fourth respondent-Gram Panchayat, which are as follows:
