COMMON ORDER:

Heard Sri G.V. Sree Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel representing Sri A. Giridhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. C.R.P.No.5755 of 2018 is directed against the order of the Court of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in I.A.No.451 of 2018 in I.A.No.1088 of 2012 in O.S.No.699 of 2012 dated 24.08.2018.

C.R.P.No.5756 of 2018 is directed against the order of the Court of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in I.A.No.424 of 2018 in O.S.699 of 2012 dated 24.08.2018.

By the impugned order, in a petition filed under section 151 C.P.C in I.A.No.451 of 2018, the certified copy of the Commissioner’s report marked as Ex.P.1 and Ex.P.2 were directed to be de-exhibited in the enquiry in I.A.No.1088 of 2012 in I.A.No.873 of 2012 in O.S.No.699 of 2012, accepting the request on behalf of 1st defendant, who was the petitioner therein.

4. By the impugned order in I.A.No.424 of 2018 demarking of Ex.A.11 and Ex.A.12, certified copies of reports of Commissioner was directed, that were marked through P.W.1 in the main suit O.S.No.699 of 2012.
