4 respondent, in not registering crime against the unofficial respondents 5 to 8 in view of the complaint dated 12-10-2019 and issuing of FIR, and declare the same as illegal and arbitrary, consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to follow the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in different extents i.e., Ac.0.32 cents, Ac.0.95 cents, Ac.0.58 cents, Ac.0.40 cents, Ac.0.26 cents, Ac.0.36 cents, Ac.0.16 cents, Ac.0.44 cents and Ac.0.31 cents respectively covered by Sy.Nos.169/4, 169/5, 169/12, 169/8, 139/1, 172/1, 170/12, 162/7 and 170/5 of Pedaravipadu Village of Mundlmuru Mandal, Prakasam District.
