ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri Mamidi Vaibhav, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Amirisetty Sai Raghava, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the Department of Finance.
2. Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the Department of Finance has submitted the Written Instructions dated 13.10.2025 furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government stating that the amounts have been paid to the Petitioner. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record.
3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, admits to this statement that the bills have been cleared.
4. Since the grievance of the Writ Petitioner is redressed, there is no requirement of further consideration. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
