ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , challenging the action of the 4^th respondent in restoring Fair Price Shop No.1117021 of Penikelapadu Village, Muddanur Mandal, in favour of the 5^th respondent vide proceedings in Case No.1(4)/1224/2)19 dated 30.12.2019 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has furnished a copy of the instructions of the 2^nd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Jammalamadugu vide Ref.No.1(4)/1224/2019, dated 22.09.2025, wherein it is stated that the 5^th respondent has already given resignation for the Fair Price Shop No.1117021 of Penikelapadu Village, Muddanur Mandal. At present, the said Fair Price Shop is being operated by one Smt. Kade Lalitha, since the resignation of the 5^th respondent herein.

4. Recording the above instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives in the present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
