THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO.17317 OF 2025 ORDER:-
1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India claiming the following relief:
“To issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.2 in issuing impugned Demand Notice dated 27.03.2025 to pay an amount of Rs.7,00,935/- as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the Demand Notice dated
27.03.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent.”
2. The case of the petitioner is that, , Respondent Nos.2 & 3 herein issued Demand Notice dated 27.03.2025 to the petitioner calling upon him to pay loan amount of Rs.7,00,935/- and settle loan account under Loan Agreement No.PUNGATF2209290002 even though the petitioner cleared entire amount. A
