ORDER

The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS ’), seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/Accused while granting bail order dated 24.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2025 on the file of the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Gudivada (Cr.No.279 of 2022 of Gudivada I Town Police Station).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

3. Perused the record.

4. As seen from the record, the order dated 24.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.35 of 2025 on the file of the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishna at Gudivada (Cr.No. 279 of 2022 of Gudivada I Town Police Station), with regard to Para No.8 (d) that the petitioner/Accused shall present before the Station House Officer, Gudivada I Town Police Station, twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Saturday between 10.30 A.M., to 01.30 P.M., for a period of two (02) months or until filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier, is modified as follows:

i. The petitioner/Accused shall appear before the Station House Officer, Gudivada I Town Police Station, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday in between 10:00 A.M., and 05:00 P.M., till filing of the charge sheet.

5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
