Petition under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit file herein the High Court may be pleased to pleased to punish the above contemnors/respondents under the provisions of contempt of courts Act, for their wilfully disobeying the orders of Hon'ble Sri. Justice VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA issued in WP No. 28518 of 2022, dated 10-11-2023, and to pass such other orders as are necessary in the interest of justice, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to allow the petition to implead i). ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28518 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 10.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28518 of 2022 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
