Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamous declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application filed by the petitioner on 21-07-2019 and 09-09-2019 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the CRPC and consequently direct the respondent to arrange necessary protection to the petitioner's land covered in R.S. No. 256/10 an extent of Ac.6.00 situated at Reddiganapavaram Village, Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the representations filed by the dt. 27- 7-2019 and 09-09-2019 enable the petitioner to raise the crop in the schedule land covered in R.S. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

2. Ms.M.Maheswari, learned counsel representing Sri P.R.K.Amerandra Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.

4. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
