Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order, direction, writ, more appropriately in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.5 in calling them to the Police Station without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary voilative of provisions of Cr.P.C. and articles 14,15, 16, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein not to call the petitioner under following due process of law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th and 5th respondents not to call the petitioner and his family members to Polices Station without due process of law pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

None appeared for the petitioner either physically or through video conference, though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. There was no representation for the petitioner on the previous adjournment also.

3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
