Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of Respondent No.2 in preparing a list which is reflecting status of Petitioner Association's recognition as not renewed for the year 2025 and circulating the same on 12.11.2025 along with circular bearing No. SAAP/coaches/1931970/2025 as arbitrary, illegal, dehorns powers, colorable, capricious, whimsical, contrary to National Sports Development Code, 2011, violative of the principles of natural justice, opposed to the doctrine of lis pendens and sub judice and violative of this Hon'ble Court's order dated 06.11.2025 in WP No. 30093 of 2025 and Articles 14,19(1 )(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to set aside the same and to direct the Respondent No.2 to forthwith prepare a new list by reflecting recognition status of the Petitioner Association as renewed for the year 2025 and permit the Petitioner Association to continue to function as the renewed and recognized State Football Association, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct Respondent No.2 to formally recognise that the Petitioner Association’s recognition has been renewed for the year 2025 vide proceeding bearing Lr.No.SAAP/NSDC-2011/RAR/APFA/3011279/2025 dated 29.10.2025 and to conduct its activities including hosting and participating in all national and state level football activities and receiving grants and any other aid from the Respondents and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the notice bearing no. SAAP/Assn/APFA/recognition/202 5 dated 04.12.2025 issued by Respondent No.2 and direct them to consider our explanation issued vide letters dated 22.11.2024, to accord us sufficient time and opportunity along with a personal hearing before taking a decision as per National Sports Development Code, 2011 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in renewing the recognition of the petitioner’s association.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in derecognizing the petitioner’s association, the petitioner filed W.P.No.30093 of 2025, whereby this Court set aside the impugned proceedings dated 29.10.2025 and left it open to the 2nd respondent therein to pass appropriate orders in accordanc
