Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue, a writ of declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the proceedings Rc.No.2403/Asupdt/2017 dated 14.11.2017 rejecting the petitioners case for appointment to the post of Sweeper (Aided) as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and further direct the respondents to consider her case for appointment as sweeper (Aided) in the 4th respondent College and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners case for appointment as Aided post of weeper in the 4th respondent College pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the proceedings Rc.No.2403/Asupdt/2017 dated 14.11.2017 rejecting the petitioners case for appointment to the post of Sweeper (Aided) as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and contrary to law and further direct the respondents to consider her case for appointment as sweeper (Aided) in the 4th respondent College and pass…” (in verbatim)
2. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.
3. In the light of the latest submissions made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education that the respondent college has been migrated to an unaided educational institution, the writ petition may be closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission without going into the merits of the allegations, giving liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
