in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High

Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction

more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declare the

action of the Respondent No.2 in not entrusting the crimes in F.I.R.

No(s).149 and 150 of 2019 of Markapuram Town Police Station,

Prakasham District to the Crime Investigation Department is arbitrary

and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India

consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to entrust the crimes in

ORDER:

Sri G. Ratna Kumnar, learned counsel representing

Sri B. Sasibushan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would

submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further

adjudication, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Sri R. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Home, representing respondent Nos.1 to 4, is in attendance.

3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be

no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in

this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
