ORDER:
1. This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 15.10.2019 in
W.P.No.14944 of 2019.
2. While disposing the said Writ Petition, the respondents therein are directed to regularize the services of the petitioners by reckoning their respective service of five years from the date of joining as mentioned in the annexure of the G.O., and award all consequential benefits, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a
copy of the order.
3. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners brought to the notice of this Court that against the order of the learned Single Judge, the State preferred appeal in Writ Appeal No.414 of 2020 and a Division Bench of this Court, while disposing the said Writ Appeal, by its order, dated 27.08.2021 has modified the order passed by the learned Single Judge to the extent that instead of all consequential benefits, it is declared that the petitioners are entitled for pensionary benefits. Learned counsel further submits that the said order of the Division Bench also has not been complied with
