CONTEMPT CASE No.1015 of 2022

ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 01.11.2021 in W.P.No.25110 of 2021.

2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the judgment, dated 12.07.2023 in W.A.No.445 of 2023, passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, and would submit that the order, dated 01.11.2021, passed in W.P.No.25110 of 2021 has been set-aside and the Writ Petition stands restored to file for afresh consideration and further Registry is directed to post the Writ Petition for admission, before appropriate Court having roster.

3. The copy of the judgment, dated 12.07.2023 in W.A.No.445 of

2023 is placed on record.

4. Since the order, dated 01.11.2021 in W.P.No.25110 of 2021 passed by this Court is set-aside, there is no question of implementing the said order.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
