...RESPONDENT Appeal under Section 372/374(2)/378(4) of Cr.P.C praying that the High Court may be pleased to Aggrieved by the Judgment dated 08.10.2007 in C.C.No.6/2003 on the file of Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, at Hyderabad convicting the accused and sentencing him to undergo RI for Six Months for an offence U/s. 7 and further convicted to undergo RI for One Year for the offence U/s. 13(1) (d) R/w 13(2) of P.C.Act, and to pay a fine of Rs.500/- under each count(Total One Thousands Only) and in default of payment of fine SI of 3 months , and the sentences shall run concurrently the appellant herein begs to submit this Memorandum of Criminal Appeal.
