Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in

the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court

may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order, or

direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of

the Respondent No. 4 in not disposing of the Petitioners application

dated 15.04.2025, by mutating the Petitioners name in the online

revenue records in respect of the remaining extent of land admeasuring

Ac. 1.00 cents situated in Survey No. 85/3 of Palukudoddi Village, C.

Belagal Mandal, Kurnool District, in accordance with the provisions of

the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971

as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of Articles 14, 21,

and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th

Respondent to forthwith restore and incorporate the name of the

Petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the said Survey No. 85/3

an extent of Ac 1.00 cents situated at Palukudoddi Village, C. Belagal

Mandal, Kurnool District and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances

stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may

be pleased pleased to direct the 4th Respondent to consider the writ

petitioner’s representation dated 15.04.2025, pending disposal of the

above writ petition and pass

The Court made the following Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th

respondent in not disposing of the petitioner’s application dated

15.04.2025 for mutation of the petitioner’s name with respect to the

subject land in an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.85/3 of Palukudoddi

village, C.Belagal Mandal, Kurnool District.

3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader

relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated

31.12.2025 submits that the application of the petitioner would be

considered by following the due procedure.

4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th

respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the

petitioner dated 15.04.2025 strictly in accordance with law by hearing all

the parties concerned including the petitioner giving due opportunity,

upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate

decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible

preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of

this order.

5. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim order,

if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to

costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
