The Court made the following ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“ to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the Nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent authorities in not considering the Petitioner's Representations dated 10.02.2026 and 10.09.2025 for appointment to the post of Dental Assistant Surgeon (DAS) (OC, OH), under Notification No.2/2021, dated 21.11.2021, as arbitrary, illegal, high handed, violative of the Principles of Natural Justice, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the Respondent authorities to consider the Representations of the Petitioner dated 10.02.2026 and 10.09.2025 for appointment as Dental Assistant Surgeon (DAS) (OC, OH), under Notification No.2/2021, dated 21.11.2021 and to pass…”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have not considered the representations of the petitioner dated 10.02.2026 and 10.09.2025 seeking appointment to the post of Dental Assistant Surgeon (DAS) (OC, OH) pursuant to Notification No.2/2021, dated 21.11.2021. It is further submitted that the vacancies notified under the said notification are still unfilled, and despite submission of the aforesaid representations, the same have not been considered by the respondents.

4. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.02.2026 and 10.09.2025 for appointment to the post of Dental Assistant Surgeon (DAS) (OC, OH) under Notification No.2/2021, dated 21.11.2021, and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
