Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in constructing new Grama Sachivalayam, Rytu Bharosa Kendram and Godownbuilding in Survey No. 351,355 and 360 situated in Thimmanapalem Village of Korisapadu Mandal, Prakasam District without conducting any Grama Sabha and passing any resolution is against the letter in spirit of Sec. 4 (3) and 6 (2) of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj act, 1994 and under Art.243-A of the Constitution of India also violative of guidelines envisaged in G.o.Ms.No.791 dt.07-11-2013 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also Art.14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to construct new Grama Sachivalayam, Rytu Bharosa Kendram and Godown building nearby the existing Gram panchayat building after taking objections from the villagers and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents not to proceed for construction of new Grama Sachivalayam, Rytu Bharosa Kendraam and Godown building in Survey No. 351,355 and 360 situated in Thimmanapalem Village of Korisapadu Mandal, Prakasam District until conducting Grama Sabha as contemplated in Sec. 4 (3) and 6 (2) of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such IA NO: 2 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to vacate the interim order dated 31.03.2022 made in IA No 1 of 2022 in WP No 7541 of 2022 and to dismiss the instant writ petition and pass IA NO: 3 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To vacate the interim order granted on 31.03.2022 in W.P.No.7541 of 2022 and pass IA NO: 4 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To extend the interim order granted in I.A No. 1 of 2022 in W.P.No.7541 of
