The Writ Petition is filed questioning the rejection of the claim of the Petitioners for sanction and disbursement of Post Matric Scholarship to the Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Backward Class Students vide Proceedings dated 12.08.2013 in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.66, dated 08.09.2010, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The Petitioners were admitted to Respondent No. 10 Minority Educational Institution under the 80% Convener Quota and claimed to be entitled to fee reimbursement as the Petitioners belong to the BC, S.C., and S.T. and physically challenged categories.
