Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus impugn the action of the Respondents 3 to 5 in not taking any action against the Respondents 6 to 8 who is constructing the house without obtaining any permission from the 4th Respondent by occupying the road in Sy.No.26/1 to an extent of 15 feet road of Kondampalli Village, B-Koduru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Section 121 of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to stop the construction of the Respondents 6 to 8 in Sy.No.26/1 by occupying the Gram Panchayat Road to an extent of 15 feet road of Kondampalli Village, B-Koduru Maandal, YSR Kadapa District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to stop the construction of the Respondents 6 to 8 in Sy.No.26/1 by occupying the Gram Panchayat Road to an extent of 15 feet road of Kondampalli Village, B-Koduru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.

The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not initiating any action against respondents 6 to 8, who are making construction without obtaining permission from respondent No.4, as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (for short ‘the Act’) and the Rules made thereunder, by occupying road in survey No.26/1 of Kondampalli Village, B-Koduru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District.
