ORDER:

The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ order or direction one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.4 in not investigating and filing charge sheet in Crime No.101/2025 dated 09.09.2025 of Vissannapeta Police Station, NTR District, despite clear material that the first acts of sexual assault and sexual exploitation were committed against the petitioner when she was a minor, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and contrary to the mandatory provisions of the POCSO Act, 2012 and direct the respondent No.4 to conduct and complete the investigation in FIR No. 101/2025 dated 09.09.2025 in a time-bound manner and file the charge sheet …”

2. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the charge sheet was filed on 06.11.2025 and the case was numbered as P.R.C. No.18 of 2025 on 29.11.2025.

3. In view of the above, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition stands accomplished.

4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
