Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in registering the 4th respondent vide Certificate No. 1160 in R.Dis No.B5/5100/2009 General Dt. 30.01.2010 is as violation of article 14 & 21 and as null and void, illegal and arbitratory of the Indian Constitution and for a consequential order directing the respondent 1 and 2 to set aside the registration of the 4th respondent temple vide proceedings vide certificate No.1160 in R.Dis No.B5/5100/2009 General Dt. 30.01.2010 of the
4th respondent forthwith and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
None appeared for the petitioner on 19.11.2024, 09.02.2026. Even today the matter is posted under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for Endowments submits that the matter become infructuous.
3. The challenge in this Writ Petition is registration of the 4th Respondent – Temple as notified temple under Section 6(c) of Endowments Act. Pending Writ Petition the temple was registered and Executive Office has already been appointed and hence the challenge raised in the Writ Petition is no longer survives.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
