Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in wrongfully excluding the Petitioner from participating from the 6th round of counselling for admission into the BS- MS Dual Degree Programme for the academic year 2025-26, scheduled between 06- 09-2025 and 08-09-2025, on untenable and hyper-technical grounds.
