This Court made the following ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief:

“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents, trying to removal the petitioner from his post of Junior Lecturer (Telugu) in the School of APSWREIS Sri Krishna Puram Chinna Gadili Mandal of Visakhapatnam district, without any notice or order as illegal, arbitrary, Violation of principle of natural Justice and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in his post in the school and College of 5th respondent and pass….”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are trying to remove the petitioner from the post of Junior Lecturer (Telugu) in the School of APSWREIS, Sri Krishna Puram, Chinna Gadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, without issuing any notice or passing any order, which action is illegal and arbitrary.

4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents furnished the written instructions dated 09.02.2026 issued by the 4th respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is continuing in service as on date.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the written instructions placed on record, it is evident that certain lapses are alleged against the petitioner. However, it is not in dispute that the petitioner is working on a contract basis. It is further stated that, at the time of renewal of the contract, the respondents are at liberty to discontinue the services of the petitioner, provided that such action is taken by strictly following the due process of law.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
