Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in Sy.No.535-2B to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents of B.K. Palli Village (Bandameeda Kammapalli), Madanapalli Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the A.P. Rights in Lands of Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and consequently direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the above stated land in favour of the petitioner forthwith and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent to consider the Meeseva application for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land in Sy.No.535-2B to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents of B.K. Palli Village (Bandameeda Kammapalli), Madanapalli Mandal, Chittoor District in favour of petitioner forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing the pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
3. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner vide endorsement in Roc A/169/2018, dated 19.07.2018.
4. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the endorsement, dated 19.07.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
