Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the impugned notices issued by the 4th Respondent, branding the Petitioners as encroachers and directing them to vacate the subject land, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and in blatant violation of the order dated 21-08-2025 passed in W.P.
