circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one
in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the
respondents particularly the 1st respondent in not considering the
representations of the petitioner dated 26-11-2011 and 18-05-2013 for
appointing him as regular Librarian (Graduate) while setting-aside the
impugned Recruitment notification No.04/2013 in Roc.No.E10/9845/2011,

dated 04-05-2013 to the extent of one post under communal category O.C. 3
for Librarian (Graduate) out of total number of posts 10 as being unlawful,
arbitrary, unilateral, unjust against the principles of natural justice,
consequently directing the respondents to consider the representations of the
petitioner dated 26-11-2011 and 18-05-2013 for appointing him as regular
Librarian (Graduate); and to pass

Order:-
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner virtually online submits
that the petitioner would be contacted and appropriate instructions shall be
obtained from the petitioner.
2. As seen from the prayer of the writ petition, the petitioner is challenging
the non-consideration of the representations dated 26.11.2011 and
18.05.2013 seeking appointment as regular Librarian (Graduate) and also
seeks to set aside the impugned proceedings dated 04.05.2013. This Court
vacated the interim orders on 26.09.2013. Apart from that, the petitioner has
attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of the writ petition.
3. On these considerations, nothing further survives to be adjudicated on
merits.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to
costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
