This writ petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not considering the Petitioner’s representations dated 24.04.2018 and 29.07.2019 for including the Petitioner’s name in place of his father for providing employment in a suitable post under the displaced persons quota as per the guidelines issued vide G.O.Ms.No.98 Irrigation, (PROJ.Wing) Department dated 15.04.1986 and consequential clarification issued vide G.O.Ms.No.45 I & CAD Department, dated 04.07.2012 as illegal and arbitrary, 2. The Petitioner’s father by name Sri L.Venkata Reddy, is the resident of Obularjupalli Village of B.Mattam Mandal, Kadapa District. For the purpose of SPVB Reservoir, the house and agricultural lands of the Petitioner’s father were taken possession in the year 1998 after due acquisition process. Consequently, Petitioner’s family was shifted to Likkalavaripalli Village of Mydukur Mandal, Kadapa District. An award was passed by the Land Acquisition Officer in so far as the house of the Petitioner is concerned vide Proceeding No.10 of 1988 dated 31.05.1988 under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act and
