The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in mutating the names of the petitioners in the online revenue records and in issuing Pattadar Passbooks-cum-Title Deeds in respect of the lands of the 1st petitioner admeasuring Ac.3.57 cents in Sy.No.131-2B2B and Ac.1.9450 cents in Sy.No.135-2B2B (total Ac.5.515 cents) and the lands of the 2nd petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.19 cents in Sy.No.131-2B2B and Ac.0.6450 cents in Sy.No.135-2B2B (total Ac.0.8350 cents), situated at Valicherla Village, Hanumanthunipadu Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal, arbitrary and amounting to abdication of statutory duty, contrary to the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 19.08.2025 and 12.09.2025 and the mutation application bearing ID No. UM250819076084 forthwith and pass appropriate orders…”
