Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents 3 to 10 in not implementing the order of the Respondent No.2 dated 06.12.2021 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14, 19(1) (g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay compensation as per prevailing market value and damages including the cost of litigation to the 1St Petitioner in respect of his land illegally encroached without following due process of Law by the respondents to an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No. 164/2 in Peruru Village, Amalapuram Mandal, East Godavari District (presently Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District) and pass such other order or orders.

IA No. 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave to the petitioner herein / Respondent No.2 in the WP No.17374 of 2023 to file counter affidavit and pass such other order or orders.
