Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ order or orders or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in restricting the Petitioner from running the tea AND snacks stall No,112 in APSRTC N.T.R. Bus station, Guntur, 24 hrs x 7 days as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of the shops and Establishments, and principles of natural justice besides violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India Act and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the running of tea AND snack business in stall no.112 located in NTR Bus station, every day and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 3 not to interfere with the running tea & snacks business in stall no.112 of the petitioner in NTR APSRTC Bus station, Guntur beyond 10. pm hours every day pending disposal of writ Petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ order or orders or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in restricting the Petitioner from running the tea AND snacks stall No,112 in APSRTC N.T.R. Bus station, Guntur, 24 hrs x 7 days as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of the shops and Establishments, and principles of natural justice besides violation of Article 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India Act and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the running of tea AND snack business in stall no.112 located in NTR Bus station, every day and to pass …”
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police have never restricted the petitioner from running a tea and snacks stall and no crime has been registered against the petitioner and police never called the petitioner to the police station.
4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
