(B) Disposal of Contempt Case - Consent and Compliance - When the petitioner's counsel submits that the order alleged to have been disobeyed has been complied with, and there remains nothing for adjudication, the contempt case can be closed on that basis.
Facts of the case:
The petitioners filed this contempt case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2247 of 2024.
Findings of Court:
The court recorded the submission of the counsel for the petitioners that the order complained of had been complied with and that nothing remained for adjudication.
Issues: The main issue was whether the respondents/contemnors had willfully disobeyed the order of the court.
Ratio Decidendi: The court found that since the order in question had been complied with, as submitted by the petitioner's counsel, the contempt proceedings did not require any further adjudication and could be closed.
Result: Contempt Case closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. .

ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.2247 of 2024.
2. Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt case has been complied with, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and prayed to close the contempt.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
