Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that
in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High
Court may be pleased toTo issue a writ, order or direction more
particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action
of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not conducting the Scientific investigation
including Polygraph Test or Narco Analysis Test to the respondent
No.5 in FIR No.72/2019 on the file of the Alipiri police station, Tirupati
Urban, Chittoor District and insisting the staff of the petitioner to give
confession that they abated to commit suicide by the husband of
respondent No.5 and disturbing the personal liberty of the petitioner on
the ground of investigation as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct

respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to conduct scientific investigation by way of
conducting Polygraph Test or Narco Analysis Test to respondent No.5
and collect the call data details and its Tower location of cell phone
numbers of respondent No.5 and her deceased husband by way of
conducting fair and proper investigation and after eliciting the truth file
final report in FIR No.72/2019 on the file of the Alipiri police station,
Tirupati Urban, Chittoor District in the interest of justice.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the
High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondent Nos. 1 to 3
not to disturb the personal liberty of the petitioner without following due
process of law on the ground of conducting investigation in FIR
No.72/2019 on the file of the Alipiri police station, Tirupati Urban,
Chittoor District pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of
justice.

ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to
respondent Nos.1 to 3 to conduct a scientific investigation by
conducting a Polygraph Test or Narco Analysis Test on respondent
No.5 and to collect the call data records and tower location details of
the cell phone numbers of respondent No.5 and her deceased
husband, by conducting a fair and proper investigation, and after
eliciting the truth, to file a final report in FIR No.72
