ORDER

Declaring the action of the respondents in installing the statues opposite to the house situated at D.No.4-167 opposite to National Highway-216, Gudavalli Village, Cherukupalli Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are proposing to lay statue in front of the petitioner’s house.

3. Sri M. Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions of the Panchayat Secretary, Gudavalli Gram Panchayat, Bapatla District dated 12.12.2021, submitted that no statues are installed opposite to the petitioner’s house.

4. In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
