Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased Therefore it is humbly prayed that the Honble court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent herein in conducting the 37th Inter-District Roller Skating Championships - 2025, cum 63rd National Selection Trials -2025 in so far as the 15 to 18 years inline Boys Category in contravention of Rule 10.23 (d) of RSFI Rules and Regulations No. 11 RR 2025, further in contravention of Rule 172 and 173 i.e. not considering pulling as Sport Faults because of which the son of the petitioner lost opportunity of selection in the National List as illegal, arbitrary and in contravention of the RFSI rules and regulations and opposed to the established principles of law and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to reconduct the event for 15 to 18 years inline Boys Category in 37th Inter-District Roller Skating Championships - 2025, cum 63rd National Selection Trials -2025 by strictly adhereing to the mandatory rules and regulations of Roller Skating Federation of India RSFI Rules and Regulations No. 11 RR 2025 and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased be pleased to Stay the 63rd National Selection Trials -2025 for 15 to 18 years inline Boys Category scheduled tentatively to be conducted from 5th to 15th december 2025 pending disposal of the present writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:
