Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned action of the 3rd respondent in erecting the sign board on 06.12.2025, stating that it is a Government Land trespassers will be prosecuted in the petitioners land admeasuring Ac 3.03 cents in Sy.No. 5/1-2 of Mukellapadu Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Palnadu District and further action in preventing the petitioners from transplantation of the paddy though petitioners are absolute owners/possessors of the land for decades with the title traceable to the registered sale deeds and revenue records as illegal, arbitrary. Violative of Article 14, 19, 21and 300-A of The Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent and his subordinates not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners aforesaid land with a further direction to remove the sign board erected illegally and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent and his subordinates not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac 3.03 cents in Sy.No. 5/1-2 of Mukellapadu Village, Nuzendla Mandal, Palnadu District including the replantation of paddy in petitioner’s land, pending disposal of the above Writ petition, and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
