P Lalithamma, w/o RamMohan, Age 45 years, R/o. near Shiva Temple, BNR colony, Rachanapalli Village, Bellary Road, Ananatapuramu, Ananatapuramu District ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police personnel in interfering the Civil Disputes and pressurizing the Petitioner and his Family Members to act as per the tunes of 4th Respondent without any legal cause is illegal, arbitrary and also violation of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent Police personnel not to interfere in the Civil Disputes and pressurize the Petitioner and his Family Members to act as per the tunes of the 4th Respondent and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 3rd Respondent Police personnel not to interfere in the Civil Disputes and pressurize the Petitioner and his Family Members to act as per the tunes of the 4 th Respondent, in the interest of justice Counsel for the Petitioner: P SRAVAN KUMAR REDDY Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondents:V NITESH The Court made the following order:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“…to to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police personnel in interfering the Civil Disputes and pressurizing the Petitioner and his Family Members to act as per the tunes of 4th Respondent without any legal cause is illegal, arbitrary and also violation of the Article 21 of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondent Police personnel not to interfere in the Civil Disputes and pressurize the Petitioner and his Family Members to act as per the tunes of the 4th Respondent and pass such...

2. Heard Sri P Sravan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of P Lalithamma dated 15.4.2024, the respondent police has registered a crime against the petitioner and others in crime No.74 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Section 420, 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Ananthapura Rural Police Station, Ananthapuram, except the registration of the above crime, the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes between the parties.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
