Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the action of the respondents in not making the payments covered under the work orders a) Rs. 5,94,190/- (Five Lakhs ninety-four Thousand One Hundred and Ninety rupees) after deducting the various fees for Dr.No. 18/24-25 and LS.N0.96/24-25. Rs. 6,05,929/- (Six Lakhs Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty- nine rupees) after deducting the various fees for Dr.No. 19/24-25 and LS.No.97/24-25. Rs. 5,89,191/- (Five Lakhs Eighty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-One rupees) after deducting the various fees for Dr.No.20/24-25 and LS.N0.98/24-25. Rs. 4,66,151/- (Four Lakhs Sixty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-One rupees) after deducting the various fees for Dr.No.95/24-25 and LS.N0.99/24-25. respectively (Total amount of Rs.22,55,461/- Twenty-Two Lakhs Fifty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-One rupees) though I am submitting the bill certificates as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and further direct the respondents to clear the bills covered under Four work orders in Letter No.E.E/DD/KKD/DB/TA/F.Oand M/Tenders/ 2024-25 Dated.18-07-2024, D.R.No. 18/2024-25 for Rs.6,42,298/- Letter No.E.E/DD/KKD/DB/TA//F.Oand M/Tenders/ 2024-25 Dated.18-07-2024, D.R.No.19/2024-25 for Rs.7,25,799/- Letter No.E.E/DD/KKD/DB/TA/F.Oand M/Tenders/ 2024-25 Dated. 18-07-2024, D.R.No.20/2024-25 for Rs.7,15,808/- Letter No.E.E/DD/KKD/DB/TA/F.Oand M/Tenders/ 2024-25 Dated. 18-07-2024, D.R.No.95/2024-25 for Rs.5,27,171/- respectively by raising the forthwith.

IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to grant interim direction directing the respondents to clear the bills covered under the Four work orders in Letter D.R.No. 18/2024-25 for Rs. 5,94,190/- Letter D.R.No. 19/2024-25 for Rs. 6,05,929/- Letter D.R.No.20/2024-25 for Rs. 5,89,191/- Letter No.E.E/DD/KKD/DBA’A/F.O&M/Tenders/ 2024-25 Dated. 18-0^-2024, D.R.No.95/2024-25 for Rs. 4,66,151/- Total amount of Rs.22,55,461/- (Twenty-Two Lakhs Fifty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-One rupees) to the petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:
