Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to construct GramaSachivayalamin Sy.No.534/B which is far away from the present gramapachayat office without proper ingress and egress in pursuance to the impugned orders of the 2nd respondent vide Lr.No.AEE3/MGNREGS/Change of GS Type/2020 Dt.29.12.2020 which are contrary to the earlier orders of the 2nd respondent vide Proc.No.AEE3/VS Buildings/2019 dt.10.01.2020 wherein it was decided to construct the gramasachivlayam on the first floor of the gramapanchayat office only by succumbing to political pressures which is contrary to G.o.Ms 110 Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (MDL-I) department dt.19.07.2019asillegal, arbitrary and consequently, set aside the aforesaid impugned orders of the 2nd respondent with a further direction to construct the gramasachivlayam on the first floor of existing gramapanchayat office and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased please to direct the respondents to construct the gramasachivlayam office on the first floor of the existing gramapanchayat office by suspending the impugned orders of the 2nd respondent vide Lr.No.AEE3MGNREGS/Change of GS Type/2020 Dt.29.12.2020 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
