Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein,the High Court may be pleased topleased to allow the revision by setting-aside the order dated 15.11.2023 passed in E.P.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.202 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 15.11.2023 passed in E.P.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.202 of 2017 on the file of the Hon‟ble Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to dispense with the filing of Certified Copy of the order dated 15.11.2023 passed in E.P.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.202 of 2017 on the file of the Hon‟ble Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri and pass IA NO: 3 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to grant Ad-interim Injunction against the Respondents herein restraining them from alienating the EP Schedule Property, till final disposal of the present CRP, and pass IA NO: 4 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to delete the two lines in para 7 of counter as “I submit that how the office scrutiny section has numbered the CRP in the absence of any petition seeking to dispense with filing of certified copy of the orders in E.P. No. 4/2019. I submit that the certified copy of the orders also not filed and hence the CRP No. 1355/2024 is liable to be dismissed with costs” and read the para 7 as it is and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to delete the two lines in Para 7 of counter as “I submit that how the office scrutiny section has numbered the CRP in the absence of any petition seeking to dispense with filing of certified copy of the orders in E.P. No.4/2019. I submit that the certified Xerox copy of the orders also not filed and hence the C.R.P. No.1355/2024 is liable to be dismissed with costs” and read the Para 7 as it is and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
