Both these civil revision petitions are filed by the same petitioner aggrieved by the common order dated 17.01.2025 passed by the learned XIV Additional District Judge – cum – Judge, Additional Family Court, Vijayawada in two applications filed by the respondent/wife. Hence, I deem it appropriate to decide both these petitions by way of a common order.
