This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not disposing of license application bearing No.AQNLFW00078609 dated 23.11.2023 under the Andhra Pradesh State Aquaculture Development Authority Act submitted by the petitioners for new Freshwater Aquaculture which falls outside aquaculture zone as illegal and arbitrary.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition as permanent licence has already been granted in favour of petitioners. In view of the said submission,
