The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner institution dated 29.01.2025, 07.06.2025, 16.07.2025, 29.07.2025 and 15.11.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Case of the petitioner institution is that, it made a representation dated 29.01.2025 for change of its name from “Little Rose E.M. High School” to “Little Rose Global School”; another representation dated 07.06.2025 for shifting of School from Gandhi road, Chittoor to 5-29, Indira Nagar, Santhapet Road, Chittoor; another representation dated 16.07.2025 for allotment of SSC Public Examination Center and another representation dated 29.07.2025 for enhancement of renewal of School recognition period from 8 years to 10 years, as per GO Ms.No.24, dated 29.05.2025. Grievance of the petitioner institution is that they made another representation dated 15.11.2025 mentioning all the above four issues, but so far no orders have been passed by the respondent authorities on the said representations. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education.
4. Since the representations of the petitioner institution are pending consideration before the respondent authorities, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner institution dated 29.01.2025, 07.06.2025, 16.07.2025, 29.07.2025 and 15.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2)
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
